| Good Afternoon,
And welcome back to my Xanga.
What if everything you've ever known or believed in suddenly changed? Who will you be tomorrow? What do you think of your past? How do you know where you're going to be in the future? What if everything you've ever held sacred just up and disappeared?
We see it all the time in movies. How people can be working hard on a fast track to somewhere and then one event happens that changes everything! And they're forced to adapt and/or change their whole life plan to cope with the things they're experiencing.
Life is so...uncertain.
Don't we all just want a little certainty? Isn't that why we hold onto God so hard? Isn't that why we believe in Him so strongly? Because His love never changes? Because of all the promises we've ever received, His are the most true?
Isn't that what we should all try to be like? Isn't that the goal and the purpose of this life? To try to keep our word and remain true to others? Can anyone truly get where they're going alone? And if they could, why would they need or want anyone in their lives? Is love so scary that most of us would run from it in order to remain...what? Free?
Life is full of passion! Without it, we will never become the people we are destined to be. And God knows, sometimes we're hurt. But we can't be afraid to take the adventure! We can't be afraid to live and to love and to try to do our best to remain true to what Christ stood for and what we ourselves hold so dear. Because life is short...and eternity is on the other side of life...and we're just trying to get there, man.
Live life! Bless the world with the word of God! Live every day in the kingdom of heaven! Laugh! Cry! But above all...love...
Because without it...
All you have is fear.
